What is a business plan?

A business plan is like a road map for your business. It includes your goals for the business, how you will accomplish those goals, and why you think they’re achievable. This should be very detailed, and include a marketing plan and financial projections. The SBA (Small Business Administration) has some basics to writing a business plan at the following link http://www.sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/index.html
