African American Business Development Program (AABDP)

The mission of the African American Business Development Program (AABDP) is to create an environment where experienced owners are challenged to explore new leadership concepts and opportunities that will create sustainable companies that benefit the community through economic growth and job creation.

Walmart: Black Women in Retail

The Black Women in Retail Program is a groundbreaking initiative presented by the Business Development & Entrepreneurship Center at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio in collaboration with Walmart and the National Urban League. This exclusive program is designed explicitly for visionary African American women entrepreneurs in the retail sector, providing eight (8) dynamic business development training sessions.

The Foundation of Food Entrepreneurship Program

In partnership with the PepsiCo Foundation and the National Urban League, the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio has launched The Foundation of Food Entrepreneurship Program under the Black Restaurant Accelerator Program (BRAP). This accelerated, and comprehensive 10-week business development program is designed for food service business owners who want to build sustainable and scalable companies.
